There are uncountable of fitness journey that all of the angels have to go through in order to carry those wings that are weight 20 to 60 pounds! Each of the angels needs a rock-solid core and strong back in order to support their weight atop a pair of sky-high stilettos.


What does it take to get into the supermodel shape? As we can see from the Instagram, Martha Hunt’s is doing intense TRX workout, Netherlands-born Romee Strijd keeps her abs tight by working out with her boyfriend, while newcomer Victoria Lee perfects her glutes with weighted moves at Body by Simone.

For some intense workout, Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes team up for power sessions at New York City’s ballet barre class, Pop Physique.

Now, it is your turn to workout at least 3 times a week to stay healthy and get a perfect body.
