Dragonair has been named “Best Regional Airline” at the 26th Annual TTG Travel Awards Ceremony held in Bangkok on Thursday, October 1. This is the 6th consecutive year the carrier has received this award.

The TTG Travel Awards, presented by leading regional publisher TTG Travel Trade Publishing, have been recognising the luminaries of the travel industry since 1989. Awardees are determined by votes cast across the Asia Pacific region by print and online subscribers of TTG Asia, TTG China, TTG India, TTGmice, TTGassociations, TTG–BTmice China and TTG Asia Luxury.

As part of its efforts to provide the best-possible travel experience, in 2013, Dragonair had introduced new First Class, Business Class and Economy Class cabins together with a brand-new on-demand inflight entertainment system, Studio^KA. The airline also added Haneda as a destination in March 2015 and launched a twice-weekly service to Hiroshima in August 2015, further strengthening its network in Asia. Dragonair has launched or resumed 17 destinations since April 2012.
