The heat is here to stay, for now at least and that often means we need to up our water intake, keep hydrated, and stay cool as best we can. The first sign we’re losing more water than we’re consuming is the dry skin, the dry lips, and well basically just feeling like a walking desert.

Do make sure you’re drinking enough water, and try to avoid licking your lips! This doesnt help the situation, even though it might seem like it is.

You could apply some vaseline onto your lips at night before you sleep. It’ll do it’s magic overnight and you’ll wake up with hydrated lips.

Another classic that won’t let you down. I have a few of these sticks in various flavours. They last, they do a great job at giving your lips a nice supple feel and the best part is they aren’t overly thick or sticky. The smell isn’t overpowering too.
