A launch many Malaysian women have been waiting for is finally here. UNIQLO Malaysia has officially teased its first-ever Hijab Collection, arriving nationwide on 17 August 2026, marking a new chapter for the Japanese retailer’s signature LifeWear philosophy.
Instead of following fleeting fashion trends, UNIQLO has focused on what it does best—innovative fabric technology. The debut collection introduces three versatile options: the AIRism UV Protection Hijab, Georgette Hijab and Satin Hijab, each offering a unique wearing experience to suit different routines, occasions and personal styles.
Created with Malaysia’s tropical climate in mind, the collection prioritises breathability, lightweight comfort and effortless styling, making it a practical wardrobe staple for women on the go. Priced at RM59.90, every hijab combines functionality with the minimalist aesthetic that has made UNIQLO a global favourite.
Adding to the excitement, UNIQLO’s upcoming campaign will feature three familiar Malaysian personalities, whose identities remain under wraps until the official launch. The complete collection will be available from 17 August at all UNIQLO stores in Malaysia and online, giving modest fashion enthusiasts yet another reason to mark their calendars.
