H&M Membership Programme is launched in Malaysia

H&M has official launched its membership programme in Malaysia yesterday. The programme, which is free of charge, rewards members for their loyalty with special discounts and personalised offers, different delivery options, free returns, exclusive access to events, experiences, exciting competitions and more. Members can also collect conscious points, which are bonus points that reward more sustainable choices.

In celebration of the programme launch, customers who sign up between 7 – 16 July 2022 will receive a one-time offer of 15% off their entire purchase. In addition, members will also get to enjoy 1-month free Premium on Spotify and 15% off Grab with min. spend of RM75 if they sign up for the loyalty programme during this 10-day period. H&M will continue to expand the programme and add more features to reward and simplify the H&M experience for our customers.

About H&M Loyalty Programme

The H&M membership programme is digital and free of charge. Simply register in the app or on our website hm.com or upgrade your existing account to a membership one. Points and offers can be claimed and used both online and in H&M stores. There is no plastic card or printed vouchers needed to use the member benefits or redeem offers.

H&M Loyalty Programme is two tiers. After collecting enough points members will become Plus Members. Members of this category will receive additional exciting offers and benefits.
