British illustrator Luke Edward Hall recently hosted an event at the Burberry’s Seoul flagship store which was opened in October 2015, celebrating British art and design in the heart of South Korea. The event was attended by over 250 guests including actors Kim Sung Ryung, Kim Hyo Jin, Lee Sang Yoon and Sung Joon. DJ Yann played a live set during the event.
Celebrating Art, Design and Personalisation
Burberry’s Seoul flagship has been transformed to house unique installations featuring Luke’s artwork, marking the start of a two-week programme of in-store experiences and personalisation services.
Inspired by an English townhouse, giant installations fill the store bringing to life the rich variety of colours, patterns and textures in the brand’s latest collections. Guests were able to explore and discover pieces from the latest Burberry menswear and womenswear collections throughout the night.
In-store Personalisation Services
Bespoke experiences and personalisation services introduced tonight include:
- Monogramming through The Burberry Scarf Bar, offering new colour combinations. The scarves can be monogrammed with up to three initials in a choice of thread colours.
- Embossing of leather accessories in new foil colours inspired by Luke Edward Hall’s artwork for the brand’s latest ad campaign.
Burberry fans can visit the brand’s Seoul Flagship from now until 31 July 2016 to experience the unique series of in-store personalization services, as well as to explore the latest Burberry collections and artwork by Luke Edward Hall.
