What is your first thought when we talk about Selena Gomez? Some of you might think of Justin Bieber or even her baby fat, however, how does she keep fit and be so sexy nowadays? Let’s us take you through how does Selena Gomez’s diet look like!

Back in October 2015, it was announced that Gomez had been diagnosed with lupus, and since then she’s been very vocal about her struggles and advocacy for body positivity.

So how does she keep a healthy diet? According to Amy Rossoff Davis; Selena Gomez’s trainer, she has been eating clean prior to the tour. “It wasn’t about how I gained weight; it was about how I embraced it, and that’s just kind of my approach,” said Selena.

According to Davis, during Selena’s revival tour, she always had veggies and protein and brown rice or whole grains. “I made a lot of rice bowls with veggies, protein, and avocado for Selena. It helped give her energy and stamina, which she needed to get through her shows. I also made a healthy chicken salad with grapes and celery, it quenched her thirst and the protein filled her up. We also drank lots of water and had green tea when we needed a pick me up, it sure was exhausting at times,” said Davis.

On top of that, what is even more important is the fresh ingredients. Going to your local farmers market or trying to buy organic veggies and fruits is another great tips from her too. In addition, she also stresses that all of us shouldn’t drive ourselves crazy over what we eat. “Don’t obsess about what you can’t or shouldn’t eat, focus on what good stuff you want to eat and how to make it yummy.” On top of that, have a good sleep and drinking lots of water definitely helps too!
