It’s a struggle of many, bed head isn’t always a desirable look especially for days when you need to look well-groomed and sleek. Most of us prefer to wash our hair the night before because it’s easier than having to rush the next morning.

Why sleeping with your hair in bun is your saviour 

1. You wake up with natural curls/waves. It gives you an effortless style to your hair and isn’t that amazing, while you’re sleeping your hair styles itself and you wake up to lovely loose waves. Twist your hair around itself at the top of your head and tie the bun.

2. Wake up with tangle free hair. Sleeping in a bun means you aren’t getting your hair tangled and in knots as you shift around throughout the night.

3. Less frizz, hooray! Also because you aren’t causing a lot of friction between your hair and the pillowcase, you’ll wake up with less frizz.

4. More volume. You know when you wake up and your hair is incredibly flat in some places? Don’t ever have to worry about it again with a top knot bun.

Tip: do not sleep with your hair tied up with an elastic band, this can cause more damage. Use a fabric scrunchie.
