Hong Kong Ocean Park is elevating its award-winning theme park experience with seasonal specialties at its seven themed restaurants to celebrate the launch of Animal Discovery Fest – a special promotion running until April 17, 2016.

To make conservation education more fun, the Park is also partnering with the Hasbro classic board game “Monopoly”, for the first time, to present “Animal Monopoly” during the promotion period.

Neptune’s Restaurant

Monopoly-themed Afternoon Tea Set, priced at HK$298 for two, features Lobster with Egg Mayo Sandwich, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Sustainable Smoked Salmon and Abalone Quiche, Sausage Rolls, Mango Mousse Cake, America Cheesecake, assorted cookies, mini chocolate and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

East-meets-West fine dining experience with new seasonal specialities, including Gravlax Salmon with Mustard Seed wrapped like octopus (HK$128), Salmon Fillet with Teriyaki Sauce & Organic Chia Seeds Salsa (HK$198), Stir-fried Australian Tiger Prawns with Spicy Garlic Salt & Crispy Rice in “Shelter Bay” Style (HK$268), Grilled Australian Tomahawk A5 Wagyu Steak with Portobello Mushroom (HK$588/for two), Australian Lamb Brik, Pomegranate Molasses, Fried Mint and Confit Beets (HK$268) and Signature Fried Rice with Abalone, Lobster & Scallop (HK$208).

New highlights include Deep-Fried Boneless Short Ribs with Prune Sauce (HK$168), Deep Fried Fish Fillet with Sweet & Sour Sauce (HK$148), and Spicy Beef Brisket with Noodles in Soup (HK$160).

Tuxedos Restaurant
