They are now back with an elevated dining experience, titled Chef’s Menu by Nobu Kuala Lumpur, where select courses are cooked right at your table. The new and improved promotion comprises six courses featuring premium dishes such as Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin and Alaskan King Crab for only RM398++ for two.

The Chef’s Menu by Nobu Kuala Lumpur begins with a Moriawase that comprises a succulent serving of Oyster drizzled with Nobu Sauce, charred cuts of tender Bonito Tataki Matsuhisa and the mouth-watering earthy notes of the Tai Truffle Dry Miso. Let the Chef’s Zensai set the tone for the dining experiencewith a starter course of small dishes specially prepared by the Nobu team.  Followed by the Nobu Style Sushi, handpicked by Head Sushi Chef Chico, and meticulously prepared right at your table.

For the main course, the live dining experience is further enhanced with the Alaskan King Crab coated with Creamy Spicy Sauce cooked right in front of you. The next main course is the tender melt-in-your-mouth serving of Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin delectably paired with Buckwheat ‘Risotto’.

The Chef’s Menu by Nobu Kuala Lumpurcomes full circle with the Chocolate Sphere made from White Chocolate Dome, Yogurt Mousse and Orange Curd with Matcha Chocolate Sauce, to end the meal on a sweet note.

The Chef’s Menu by Nobu Kuala Lumpuris priced at RM398++ for two and is available from 1st October to 30th November 2020. The promotion will be available for lunch, high tea and dinner service, however the live cooking experience will only be available during dinner service.
