In conjunction with the launch of HUAWEI nova 2 Plus in Malaysia, HUAWEI team has shared with local media members some of the key features of the new smartphone, including an upgraded front camera, theatre-like HiFi audio experience and a dazzling design, in a media briefing held at their office yesterday.

Marketed as HUAWEI’s best selfie smartphone ever, the newly launched HUAWEI nova 2 Plus is equipped with 20MP front camera and a new gesture shutter, a wide range 12MP lens and a long focus 8MP lens for its dual-rear camera, as well as coupled with a storage capacity of 128GBs, which will take the selfie to an entirely new level.

The 20MP front camera of HUAWEI nova 2 Plus is boasted with photography capabilities for every scenario, including 3D facial recognition and skin enhancement. Its LCD screen flash with 11 color temperatures for different degrees of illumination, provides excellent photo quality even in low light. The front camera is also able to shoot selfies with a bokeh effect, creating the blurred background similar to that generated by wide-aperture professional portraits.
