The new, livelier Miss Dior created by François Demachy, Dior Perfumer-Creator is reinvented by a woman, for women who fear nothing but yet, still carries the Dior sensuous silhouette created by Christian Dior back in 1947.
As an ode to love, Miss Dior is for the Dior woman who embodies a lively and confident mind, as well as beauty that likes to please but calls her own tune.
Just as Christian Dior had done for the young women of the New Look, François Demachy has reinvented the perfume into a hand-crafted and sensual floral with elaborate contours of a sensual and honeyed Grasse Rose embroidered with the sexy spirit of Turkish Damascus Rose. Twirling ribbons of incisive fresh citrus notes sparkle in the shape of Blood Orange, Mandarin, and Calabrian Bergamot. This generous and ethereal Miss reveals her alluring curves, all in fine lace, topstitched with vivid and tempered Pink Peppercorn and Guyanese Rosewood.
“Making a fragrance that smells like love is a renewed challenge. The composition has to be exciting and stirring, somewhat wild, and yet accessible. To that end I sculpted its florals facet, emphasising the power of its Roses in order to make it sensual and suggestive. I also doted it with extremely lively and exuberant notes, so that it would be instantly expressive and attractive. Lastly, I eliminated any dark, earthy notes. It had to burst forth like love at first sight. A declaration of love to love!” said François Demachy, Dior Perfumer-Creator.
The Miss Dior EDP will retail at: RM290 (30ml)/ RM410 (50ml)/ RM595 (100ml) and is available at Dior counters and Sephora nationwide.
