LOEWE welcomes the Year of the Horse with a lyrical celebration of courage, craft, and cultural storytelling. Anchoring the season is an animated short film co-created with Shanghai Animation Film Studio, starring LOEWE Global Brand Ambassador Wang Yibo. Inspired by the classic fable Little Horse Crossing the River, the film follows a young horse’s journey of self-belief, illuminated by lanterns and unexpected encounters.

The spirit of the horse gallops into the New Year collection through special editions of the Puzzle and Amazona 31 cropped bags, adorned with hand-knotted fringes and tassels reminiscent of a flowing mane. Playful horse-shaped charms and dice add a light-hearted touch, while leather overshirts—like the one worn by Wang Yibo in the film—appear exclusively in select China stores.
Celebrations extend beyond fashion with lantern installations in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Nanjing’s historic Yuyuan Garden, transforming light into a poetic dialogue between tradition and modernity. The collection launches worldwide on 8 January 2026.
