ZALORA will be introducing its new cashback rewards programme via the ZALORA Cashback Festival, which will be happening from September 21 to 30, 2020, offering cashback earnings up to 30% to its customers. The feature, available on ZALORA’s desktop website and app, is an in-house initiative – making ZALORA the first fashion e-commerce platform in the region to have its own programme.

ZALORA Cashback Festival entices with cashback offers on top of already discounted prices. Customers can look forward to deals up to 70% with 30% cashback return! Additionally, in conjunction with the festival, there will also be markdowns and flash sales not to be missed. Running concurrently with ZALORA Cashback Festival will also be a SportsFest campaign, offering up to half off well-loved brands adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Nike, New Balance, and more.
Cashback on ZALORA is calculated from the price of items after discount, and is deposited to the customer’s cashback account after delivery. The amount reflected in the customer’s account can be used for purchases on ZALORA, excluding electronic gift cards and shipping fees. Cashback earnings may be refunded upon one-time return of items, and includes a validity period which varies depending on the campaign.
