Hana Tajima Is Back At It Again With Sixth Season For UNIQLO

Back for Spring Summer 2018, Hana Tajima For UNIQLO will be launching its sixth season of the women’s line starting Friday, February 23rd. The collaborative collection first debuted in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, and is now available across 15 countries and regions.

A testament created to meet the needs of everybody’s personal lifestyle, this season’s UNIQLO LifeWear will be rescaled to Tajima’s taste: comfortable, elegant, simplistic and most importantly modest for the hijabis yet cozily fashionable for the non-hijabis. The objective is to design a range for women from all walks of life, after all.

Commenting on the announcement, Tajima stated: “For this season I wanted to create a collection that would celebrate the idea of femininity, not the prescribed idea, but instead finding the strength and grace that exists in all women. These pieces are meant to be lived in, to adapt to different bodies and styles, and be versatile enough to take you through the day and through the season.”

Bringing in-trend colours such as orange and mustard at the core of the Spring/Summer 2018 Collection, the New York-based, British-born designer is expanding the range to include more colour variations for easy mix and match. Each piece is designed with immaculate detail in order to create timeless essentials that can be worn in more ways than one. There’s pieces made of natural linen that combines softness with refreshing comfort alongside stylish dresses that will be available in two length options for its global markets.
