BONIA, the Italian-inspired lifestyle brand since 1974, has just unveiled a new logo and monogram in time for its 48th anniversary. As the brand approaches its half century milestone celebrating a world of elegance, timeless classics and romance, the redesign comes three decades after the first BONIA monogram was introduced.
The new La Luna monogram is inspired by the moon’s changing phases, as well as the house’s long history of intertwining heritage, artisanship and the contemporary movement in fashion. It also incorporates the Italian architecture experienced by the BONIA creative team during a heritage discovery tour retracing the Founder’s journey.
The fusion of these complementary elements creates a link of cursive lines and intertwining B’s that form crescent shapes lying against each other – a symbol of BONIA’s recent rebranding journey. The harmonious infinity shape that results from it encapsulates the brand’s stories, its heritage roots of craftsmanship and its never-ending fighting spirit.
Starring in the campaign are Malaysian artistes Scha Alyahya, Dini Schatzmann and Indonesian actress Caitlin Halderman, appearing with the collection’s signature looks, such as the limited-edition La Luna Sonia Bag and the Maris Crossbody Bag, with a range of men’s accessories and footwear.
To mark an iconic moment for the brand, BONIA is having a special La Luna pop-up at the Mid Valley Megamall Centre Court from 8 until 14 August 2022 during mall operating hours. The publics can immerse themselves in the La Luna experience, enjoy special discounts when shopping the La Luna collection, customise purchases with our personalisation station, savour curated light refreshments and many more.
The La Luna collection will be available in boutiques and online starting 15 August 2022.
