So many of us get this wrong, in fact I think there was a statistic that over 85% of the women in the world are wearing the wrong bra size. That’s about 8 out of every 10 women. 4. Stack your bras on top of each other to help them maintain their shape and keep them in their best form.

You could also hang your bras on a hangar for easier storage and quicker access. I usually just stack them in my drawer, don’t fold them in half of keep them flat. You’ll be surprised at home over time this can cause wear and tear to the support it provides.

5. Use this simple tip to check if you’re wearing the correct size

Another little tip is to bend forward and make sure that all your breast tissue remains in your cups and doesn’t spill out (too small), or that your bra doesn’t slip down (too big).
