The rising numbers of COVID19 cases and the extension of Malaysia’s lockdown has brought on an unprecedented level of challenges to people across the globe. In support of #KitaJagaKita movement, FitXcapes (pronounced /fit.escapes/), an award winning provider of innovative corporate health and wellbeing solutions, will be launching their 10 Days of Wellness programme, from July 15 – 24, 2021, which is open FREE to all Malaysians. This campaign aims to provide a fraction of wellness support to all Malaysians alike during these hard times.
“It saddens me that so many people are struggling during the prolonged lockdowns due to covid 19.”, states Paresh, FitXcapes co-founder and head of corporate wellness. “I may not have much, but my team and I at FitXcapes together with the collaborative effort of our amazing partners, trainers and coaches, would like to support anyone and everyone who needs a little pick-me-up.”
The 10 Days of Wellness sessions include webinars and fitness classes will be conducted via Zoom and requires registration to take part. A total of 9 esteemed trainers and speakers will be taking part in this 10 Days of Wellness programme for the following webinars and classes:
