Crafted by Founder and Creative Director Linda Jayne Pilkington, Vetiveria unfolds like a personal tribute to one of perfumery’s most grounding notes. The fragrance channels the quiet strength of vetiver through an airy, green radiance, balancing earthiness with clarity. Its journey began when Linda encountered Timur pepper, an aromatic oil so captivating that it naturally claimed its place as the spark and opening pulse of her next composition.
“I instinctively felt it would harmonize beautifully with vetiver, a much-loved accord in our library,” she shares. What emerged is a scent that sweeps in like a verdant breeze through warm forest light—crisp, airy, yet rooted in quiet depth.
Vetiveria opens with a lively citrus-pepper sparkle—Timur pepper, sage, juniper berry and zesty lime ignite the senses with energy and clarity. The heart softens into delicate snowbell, calming lavender, luminous jasmine, and sunlit orange blossom, shaping a bouquet that feels fresh, modern, and effortless. Finally, the base lands gently on mossy vetiver, amber-like rockrose, and the soft warmth of tonka bean, a grounded yet airy finish that lingers like an elegant whisper on the skin.
