“FAME” the New Feminine Fragrance by Paco Rabanne launches in Malaysia

“FAME” the latest feminine fragrance by Paco Rabanne was officially introduced in Malaysia via a grand feminine launch event held at Colony Co-Working Space at Mutiara Damansara last week. With the quintessential expression of the brand’s avant-garde style, showcasing some of Paco Rabanne’s most iconic codes, that inspired the creation of the feminine fragrance, was spotted throughout the grand feminine launch event.

Embodying the true spirit of “FAME” by Paco Rabanne, which spotlights on being playful, sensual, empowered and irresistible, the launch was curated to demonstrate the experience in mind. Guests in attendance included celebrated actress and voiceover talent Amelia Henderson, famed YouTubers and Influencers Qiu Wen and Mia Chai, and fashionable influencers such as Dolly Dalilah and Elecher Lee.

Guests were first introduced to the Paco Rabanne Heritage Zone, which showcased Paco Rabanne avant-garde garments such as the 1969 chainmail bag and the sleek pastille minidress that were designed and inspired a revolution of totally modern women.

These fashionable objects of desire inspired the design of “FAME” fragrance. “FAME’s” bottle which was designed with the signature material of the designer “metal” as spotted on Paco Fashion also has an assemblage of silver pastilles, tiny piercings and extra edginess, marking the making of a true star. The exhibition zone also features displays of the iconic muse of “FAME”, young American actor Elle Fanning, modelling Paco Rabanne’s pieces for her shoot with “FAME” fragrance.

As flowers such as the avant-garde Jasmine from Grasse is an important ingredient of the creation of the “FAME” fragrance, that represents an expression of the purest olfactory quality, guests were also treated to an experiential zone which they got to curate their own bouquet of playful and sensual flowers at the Floral Arrangement workshop. Guests were also invited to reveal their signature inner star and iconic feminine poses at the Paco Rabanne “FAME” Flower photo wall where they strike their best star-like pose.

A life-sized “FAME” was displayed at the Fragrance Zone, where guests can strike a pose with “her” and also sample FAME’s fragrance and smell her scent first-hand.

“FAME” the new fragrance by Paco Rabanne will be priced at RM549 for 80ml, RM 410 for 50ml and RM274 for 30ml (Sephora exclusive) at selected at selected retail and key departmental stores such as AEON, Isetan, Parkson and SOGO nationwide and online e-commerce site such as sephora.my/ and Zalora.com.my.

Starting from 6th to 26th October 2022, there will be a special “FAME” fragrance pop up at Sephora, Bukit Bintang by Paco Rabanne, where fans can discover, strike their best star-like pose and explore the FAME by Paco Rabanne fragrances.
