BookXcess and Bernard Chandran Collaborate to Present a Showcase of Fashion and Knowledge

Malaysia’s leading alternative bookstore, BookXcess collaborates with local fashion icon Dato’ Sri Bernard Chandran to showcase how books, in concert with fashion, can inculcate creativity and inspiration to ignite the mind to dream big in a classy retrospective, presented at Fahrenheit88 Kuala Lumpur, titled ‘Dreams & Reality’.

The first-of-its-kind experiential space takes you on an exploratory journey of fashion and knowledge that is unique and exciting. The retrospective is open to the public for FREE and has “16 rooms”, featuring some of Dato’ Sri Bernard Chandran’s uniquely designed collections, each with its own story and history.

Each of the creations is a work of art in itself and, importantly, one that has been painstakingly crafted, employing the most meticulous dressmaking techniques combined with beautiful fabrics that bring to life an aura of sheer luxury and grandeur that’s beyond one’s imagination.
