National diving queen, Leong Mun Yee is chosen by SHISEIDO Malaysia to be part of the #findYourStrength campaign. A name known among every Malaysian for her achievements in the Olympic Games and SEA Games.
She shares about the life challenges she encountered on her way to success and how she persevered through every single one of them. Hardworking, strong-willed and conscientious, her grit pushed her along to conquer and become a champion. Through many competitions, she adapted and embraced stress full on.
Participating in the Olympics Games gave her the perspective of how small she is, standing together with other top Olympians. Day, night and years of training come together and a dive is completed in less than 10 seconds. She believes this is the same on how one make decisions in life, regardless big or small.
