In an effort to dealing with COVID-19 pandemic,\u00a0Polaroid Eyewear tapped on its expertise to launch a collection specifically designed ‘STAY SAFE’\u00a0Professional Protection Equipment (PPE)<\/strong> that meet current need for protection in a timely manner and with a touch of colour. The two innovative PPEs – STAYSAFE 1<\/strong> Protective Eyewear\u00a0<\/strong>and STAYSAFE 2\u00a0Face Shield\u00a0<\/strong>– were developed by Polaroid to offer protection and safety in health care and professional settings, but also to meet our daily need for protection.<\/p>\n

STAYSAFE 1 is the first professional safety eyewear by Polaroid designed to effectively protect the eyes of the wearer<\/strong>\u00a0– whether a health care worker in hospital, a factory worker, a shop assistant or anyone going jogging or to the supermarket.<\/p>\n

These transparent wraparound shield glasses cover the eye area and can be easily put on and taken off thanks to a comfortable adjustable rubber band personalized with the Polaroid logo and the distinctive rainbow symbol. STAYSAFE 1 is PPE certified (Safilo 1 F -EN 166 F CE). The visor is made from polycarbonate (PC), while the nose pads from Polyamide (PA). Adjustable for multiple sizes, suitable for adults & 10+ year old kids.<\/p>\n

The visor is made from polycarbonate (PC), while the rubber band is adjustable.Adjustable for multiple sizes, suitable for adults & 10+ year old kids.<\/p>\n

The both devices are produced at Safilo Group\u2019s Italian manufacturing facilities in Santa Maria di Sala(VE) and Brembate di Sopra (Bergamo), which were converted to make PPE. The new devices are UNI EN 166 certified<\/strong> (European PPE standards certification), and 10,000 glasses and shields have already been donated to hospitals in the hardest hit areas, in order to support health care workers at the forefront of the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The STAYSAFE 1 (SGD $50) and\u00a0STAYSAFE 2 (SGD $50) are\u00a0now available online for ordering at www.polaroideyewear.com.sg<\/a> (delivery within Singapore only) and at selected retailer stores in Singapore.<\/p>\n
