{"id":97310,"date":"2020-04-29T12:08:39","date_gmt":"2020-04-29T04:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/?p=97310"},"modified":"2020-04-29T12:09:58","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T04:09:58","slug":"bewellwithnutox-offers-virtual-self-healing-sessions-on-facebook-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/health\/treatment-healing\/bewellwithnutox-offers-virtual-self-healing-sessions-on-facebook-live\/","title":{"rendered":"#BeWellwithNutox Offers Virtual Self-Healing Sessions On Facebook Live"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In support of the wellbeing of our frontliners who are working tirelessly to support our communities at this difficult time, Nutox introduces <strong>#BeWellwithNutox<\/strong>, a series of themed self-healing sessions, conducted live, designed for frontliners to catch a moment of reset and relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>The skincare brand is collaborating with established wellness instructors <strong>Intan Dalina (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/indalinama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@indalinama<\/a>) and Siu Lim (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/siulim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@siulim<\/a>)<\/strong> who will lead the sessions and guide participants through feel good stretches, therapeutic reflection and breathing exercises.\u00a0Focusing on mindfulness and encouraging mental wellbeing, these sessions will be held <strong>twice daily at 7.30am and 8pm from Thursday, 30 April 2020 to Monday, 4 May 2020<\/strong> on Facebook Live.
