The 12-course feast begins with auspicious Roast<\/em> Suckling Pig and warming Snake Soup<\/em>, and continues with a rich, warm celebration of finest seasonal produce, from Braised Whole Abalone with Goose Web <\/em>and Wok-fried Prawn Balls <\/em>to Baked Pork Fillet<\/em>, Lamb Hotpot <\/em>and Deep-fried Chicken<\/em>. Completing the hearty banquet are Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Spanish Ham in Rice Soup<\/em>, Fried Rice with Scallops, Crab Roe and Crispy Garlic<\/em>, Wok-fried Vermicelli with Shark\u2019s Fin, Conpoy and Egg<\/em>, and desserts of Sweetened Almond Cream with Egg White<\/em> and Chilled Hawthorn Pudding Cake<\/em>.<\/p>\n
