In conjunction with the year-end festive season celebration, World Vision Malaysia invites publics to\u00a0give the Gift of Hope to children and communities in impoverished communities.\u00a0World Vision Malaysia is releasing the Gifts of Hope Catalogue which features a variety of gifts that will bring about tangible and measurable changes to children and communities, giving them the opportunity to overcome poverty.<\/p>\n

Gifts featured in this year\u2019s Catalogue are:<\/p>\n

For Children \u2013 Learning Resources, Nutritious Meals, Child Rights Training<\/h3>\n

Give children the head start they need by presenting them with tools to facilitate their learning; nutritious meals to help them grow healthy and strong; and knowledge, to help them protect themselves.<\/p>\n

For Parents \u2013 Mummy-To-Be Pack, Sewing Machine, Positive Parenting Training<\/h3>\n

Equip parents with the skills and resources that will help them provide for their children\u2019sphysical and emotional needs.<\/p>\n

For Families \u2013 Goats, Sheep, Cows<\/h3>\n

Goats, sheep and cows produce protein-rich milk that are not only beneficial for children\u2019shealth, but can be used to make dairy products like butter and cheese which could be sold and provide a sustainable source of income for families.<\/p>\n

For Schools \u2013 Toilets, Clean Water<\/h3>\n

Children in rural communities often miss school due to illnesses caused by water-borne diseases. Equip schools with toilets and clean water amenities to improve sanitation practices among school-going children.<\/p>\n
