Last Saturday was a historical moment for the British monarchy for many reasons. First, the #RoyalWedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle which brought us so much feels with the subtle touches that were added throughout the wedding to honour his late mother, Princess Diana.\u00a0Second, they were many first in the fashion front from the wedding dress to the wedding guests (more about it below). We’ll also give you some tips on how to achieve Meghan’s bridal look from her hair to her makeup!<\/p>\n

Her wedding dress and veil were designed by the first female Artistic Director at French fashion Givenchy, Clare Waight Keller.<\/p>\n

Other than the minimalist structured boat-necked gown that’s opposing the royal traditions, her wedding veil is five metres (16ft) long and made from silk tulle, with a trim of hand-embroidered flowers from different countries under the Commonwealth in silk threads (it’s said that the seamstresses have to wash their hands every 30 minutes to ensure the stitching was perfect.)<\/p>\n
