\"MFWMalaysia Fashion Week (MFW) 2015<\/a><\/b>\u00a0is back for second year in Kuala Lumpur this November 4-7, 2015<\/b> at\u00a0MATRADE Exhibition Convention Centre<\/a> (MECC)<\/strong>, and it is set to be even bigger than ever before. This year, a\u00a0sole B2B trade fashion event with a dedicated fashion\/lifestyle trade exhibition called FACIT@INTRADE<\/b>\u00a0taking centre stage of\u00a0MFW 2015<\/a><\/b>, and\u00a0it will be further supported by a series of fashion shows and gala events under the <\/b>MFW 2015<\/a><\/b>\u00a0banner.<\/p>\n

MFW 2015<\/a><\/b> consists of three core components:
\n\u2022 FACIT@INTRADE<\/strong> (short for Fashion, Art & Accessories, Cosmetics, Interior and Textile)<\/em>
\n\u2022 Malaysia Fashion Showcase (MFS)<\/strong>; and
\n\u2022 Mercedes-Benz STYLO Asia Fashion Week (MBSAFW)<\/strong><\/p>\n

FACIT@INTRADE<\/strong>, will see 300 booths divided into four (4) halls,\u00a0centrally spread out across 10,000 sq m floor space, on Ground Floor, Level 1 and Level 3, for local and international participants, trade fashion shows, interactive and engagement activities, and entertainment to both trade (November 4-5) and consumers (November 6-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Exhibition of Muslimah ready-to-wear,\u00a0fashion accessories, jewelry, footwear and garment contract manufacturer.\u00a0It’s also venue for interactive activities including workshop and other creative activity and exhibits such as as hairstyling\u00a0shows, make-up and performance.<\/td>\nShowcase works of emerging and indie designers, also students from local and ASEAN fashion schools.<\/p>\n

Stage the first ever\u00a0\u201cJimmy Choo Showcase\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0featuring an exhibit of the renowned shoe designer\u2019s unique creations, once worn by famous celebrities and public figures. Hall E is also purposefully built up as the main venue for the runway shows featuring MFS and MBSAFW, which are by invitation-only events.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

This year, MFW 2015<\/a><\/b>\u00a0<\/a>is focused around YOUTH ENGAGEMENT<\/b> with broad-based programs highlighting young designers, fashion expressions by design and fashion students and youth collaborations with the fashion and music industry.\u00a0The MFW 2015<\/a><\/b> will\u00a0introduce another sought after award, Datuk Professor Jimmy Choo Education Program\u00a0Awards<\/strong>, where young, emerging designers will be recognised and stand a chance to win a\u00a0coveted fashion mentorship with the famous personality in London.<\/p>\n

Malaysia Fashion Showcase (MFS)<\/strong> will be highlighting the very top tier of leading and emerging Malaysian designers and their\u00a0collections such as Joe Chia, Bon Zainal, Fairuz Ramdan, and many more; as well as\u00a0creative talents from accessories, hair and make-up industries.<\/p>\n

Mercedes-Benz STYLO Asia Fashion Week (MBSAFW)<\/strong> will be presenting\u00a0a list of the best Asian designers from\u00a0various Asian countries with China being its biggest, showcasing their designs using the\u00a0MFW as its Asian platform.\u00a0Ranked as the 30th fashion week in the world, this \u201cAsia for Asia\u201d fashion week will feature\u00a0international designers from over 15 countries from the ASEAN and Asian region.<\/p>\n
