The Miss Universe 2017 has drawn its curtain to reveal\u00a0Miss South Africa\u00a0Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters\u00a0as the new Miss Universe last Sunday. Miss Colombia Laura Gonzalez was crowned as runner-up while Miss Jamaica Davina Bennett claimed second runner-up at The AXIS theater at Planet Hollywood casino-resort on the Las Vegas Strip.<\/p>\n

What caught the public attention was, however, the national costumes donned by the contestants of the pageant who came from all over the world. See\u00a0some of the jaw-dropping national costumes below including Malaysia’s own ‘Nasi Lemak’ dress worn by Miss Malaysia Samantha Katie James.<\/p>\n
