Tiffany & Co., the internationally renowned jeweller, opened its doors at its new home, a beautiful duplex boutique in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in early this month.\u00a0Located at a prime location on Levels 2 and 3, the new Tiffany & Co. boutique spans a total of 3,430 square feet.<\/p>\n

The design of the new Tiffany boutique is timeless, blending the contemporary application of materials, simplicity and clean lines. Upon entering the boutique, customers are greeted by an elegant crystal chandelier in the grand entrance. The chandelier is an interpretation of the fixtures used at two other Tiffany & Co. flagship boutiques \u2013 Piazza Duomo in Milan, Italy and Petrovka Street in Moscow, Russia. Fabricated by London-based installation artist Studio Roso, the dramatic chandelier is a visual feast.<\/p>\n

The white Tiffany ribbon which has adorned much-loved Blue Boxes for centuries is the inspiration for the modern spiral staircase that swirls up to Level 3 of the boutique. The Fine Jewellery Salon, featuring white stone floors, cerused walnut paneling and neutral velvet walls, creates a sophisticated atmosphere with drapery accenting the space. A dark green marble band in the stone flooring adds another layer of contrast as well as harkening back to our Fifth Avenue Flagship.<\/p>\n

The Bridal Salon, home to the world famous Tiffany\u00ae Setting engagement ring, features a wall of hand-painted and gilded Tiffany Magnolia glass panels that gives a sense of luxury and history as they are inspired by Louis Comfort Tiffany\u2019s original stained glass windows on exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Fashion Salon features a clean, streamlined perimeter of warm white lacquer panels and wood flooring. The slick nature of the glossy lacquer creates a decidedly contemporary, gallery-like feel. A feature wall of faceted mirror and polished metal speaks to the deco-inspired concept of glamour in the 1930s.<\/p>\n

Inspired by the residences of New York City\u2019s Upper East Side, the Private Sales Salon provides elegant respite. Cream velvet walls add softness and sophistication to the space and highlight a bold, black plaster and white gold art panel highlighting a composition of cascading Tiffany Wisteria.<\/p>\n

In addition to Tiffany\u2019s celebrated diamond engagement rings, the showcases will be arrayed with magnificent jewels of diamonds and colourful gemstones; fine and sterling silver jewellery; the acclaimed creations of Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso and Jean Schlumberger; signature collections such as Tiffany T, HardWear and Return to Tiffany, watches; home and accessories. Each sparkling creation is wrapped in the Tiffany Blue Box, emblematic of beauty and excellence throughout the world.<\/p>\n
