Mandarin Palace is now offering a limited time only weekend brunch buffet spread\u00a0every Saturday and Sunday morning. Brunch lovers can indulge in a gastronomic affair which encompasses over\u00a020 types of dim sum delights, hot dishes, roast chicken\/duck, and many more.<\/p>\n

Located at The Federal Kuala Lumpur, Mandarin Palace\u00a0serves Chinese culinary tradition\u00a0 from Cantonese to Hunanese, as well as Szechuan cuisine within an urbane yet\u00a0calming Chinese emperor inspired ambiance.<\/p>\n

For the weekend brunch buffet spread, the selection of hot dishes included Prawns with Chinese Herbs, Yong Chow Fried Rice, Steamed Fish with Soya Bean Paste, Mixed Vegetables “Loh Hon” Style, and more.<\/p>\n

One of the highlights of this buffet would be the noodle station which\u00a0can\u00a0be cooked upon request. With several menus to rotate each week such as Pan Mee and Prawn Noodle.<\/p>\n

The dim sum section features a wide selection of fresh and delicious of steamed and pan fried food items, such as Siew Mai, Fish Ball, Fish Paste with Beancurd, Glutinous Rice with Meat (Lo Mai Kai), and more. As for the pan fried section, diners can choose from Slice Radish Cake, Yam Cake, Egg\u00a0Tart,\u00a0etc.<\/p>\n
