The Philips Zoom! Whitening treatment is said to deliver up to eight shades of whitening in just 45 minutes by removing the stains on the teeth’s surface through a chemical reaction, without harming the teeth’s enamel.<\/p>\n

It contains ferrous gluconate which acts as a\u00a0photo catalyst\u00a0when applied onto the surface of the teeth. The gel reacts when exposed to LED light through the Philips Zoom! Whitespeed light technology, hence breaking down the particles in the yellow or brown stains, transforming the whiteness of the teeth in just 45 minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the consultation, Dr. How proceeds to check her teeth, gums and clean her teeth from any food remnants and tartar to ensure that it has a clean base before the whitening gel is put on her teeth.<\/p>\n

Then she begins with the four-stage whitening process which takes only 15 minutes per stage, and is repeated in three cycles. In between each cycle, the Zoom!\u00a0Whitening gel is reapplied.<\/p>\n
