The same serving of fresh whole strawberries contains\u00a07 grams of sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Blueberries and strawberries are not only delicious to eat, they are also filled with nutrients that help control hunger and\u00a0ward off chronic health conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that all fruit is great for you in moderation, just like any other food.
