    Regularly drinking alcohol can increases your risk of developing breast cancer. The more alcoholic drinks you consume each day, the greater risk of breast cancer will be. If you want to reduce your risk of breast cancer, then you need to limit the amount of alcohol intake in your daily life.<\/p>\n

    2.\u00a0Genetics<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In a small number of cases, breast cancer runs in the family. Meaning to say that if your family member has had particular cancers, you will have a higher risk of developing breast cancer than the general population. There are some cancer genes can be inherited. Do check the family history before go for a breast check.<\/p>\n

    3. Contraceptive pill<\/strong><\/p>\n

    4. Dense breast tissue<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Breast cancer is more likely to develop in higher density breast tissue. Women with dense breast tissue have less fat and more breast cells and connective tissue in their breasts.<\/p>\n

    5.\u00a0Overweight<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Women who are overweight after their menopause have a higher risk of breast cancer than women who are not overweight. Being overweight means having a body mass index (BMI) of between 25 to 30. If you are reaching BMI of 25 to 30, start exercising and have a healthy diet.<\/p>\n
