Consistently working long hours is\u00a0harmful for mental functioning. On top of that, women who work more than 51 hours a week are more likely to have high blood pressure than those who don&#8217;t log extra hours. Thefore, it&#8217;s advisable to cut down on your desk bounds moments and enjoy life a little.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Get enough sleep<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13753\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13753\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13753\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Importance-of-Good-Night-Sleep-e1461765978380.jpg\" alt=\"Reasons and How to Get a Better Good Night Sleep\" width=\"700\" height=\"465\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13753\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image: naturessunshine.com.au<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lack of sleep could lead to increase appetite, according to a study carried out by<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bristol.ac.uk\/news\/2006\/5129.html\" target=\"_blank\"> University of Bristol<\/a>. Researchers found out that people who spent less than 8 hours of sleep were shown to have a greater likelihood of being heavier.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3.
