The\u00a0API\u00a0readings as of September 28 at 2 p.m.\u00a0for Malacca and Johor still remained at\u00a0unhealthy levels\u00a0between 110 to 132.<\/p>\n<p>With the weather\u00a0clouded in <strong>haze<\/strong>,\u00a0we must know <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/health\/top-10-tips-to-protect-yourself-against-the-haze-in-malaysia\/\">how to protect ourselves\u00a0against the haze<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0Many peoples\u00a0have taken precautions by staying indoors, but that doesn\u2019t mean we\u00a0should stop our regular exercise or workout.
