Consider giving up sugary drinks completely.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Hi-fiber snacks bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, it is true that everyone needs fiber as it helps to keep us full. However, do you know that one snack bar contains a lot of sugar and calories?
