Baking soda\u00a0can absorb odours to work effectively as an underarm deodorant,\u00a0thereby reducing body odour. Being an antibacterial agent, it also helps kill bacteria that give rise to body odour.<\/p>\n

Combine 1 tbsp of baking soda and\u00a01 tbsp of lemon juice until you get a smooth paste. Apply it on areas where you sweat excessively.\u00a0Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then proceed to wash the mixture off in the shower.\u00a0Use it regularly to fight body odour.<\/p>\n

A paste of baking soda and water makes a natural exfoliator for the face. Just make a paste by adding a little water to a tablespoon of baking soda and massage in to the face for 10-20 seconds before rinsing with warm water. Baking soda is extremely alkaline\u00a0therefore it isn’t recommended to use often.<\/p>\n
