Experiencing Indian cuisine in Malaysia is not just about banana leaf rice. In Saradas Curry House<\/strong>, you get a bit of everything you can possibly find in India,\u00a0from North Indian to South Indian cuisine, vegetarian and non-vegetarian option.<\/p>\n

Situated\u00a0along the same row as Bayu View Hotel in Taman Bayu Perdana, Saradas Curry House\u00a0was packed with customers on a weekday lunch.<\/p>\n

Mutton and briyani are\u00a0undeniably a perfect combination. Saradas’s Mutton Briyani Rice<\/strong>\u00a0(RM19.90)<\/strong> is everything you could possibly expect from a delicious bowl of briyani rice. It was fluffy and tasted yummy with abundant aroma. Too good that it overpowered the mutton. The portion of the mutton\u00a0was rather small considering the price tag.<\/p>\n

\"saradas-pamperFor vegetarians, the\u00a0Mix Vegetable (RM11.90)\u00a0<\/strong>was insanely good, perhaps our favourite among all the dishes we ordered.\u00a0The combination\u00a0between green capsicums, peas, cauliflower, onions, potatoes, mushrooms and various spices worked wonder. On top of that the gravy went nicely with the\u00a0Cheese Naan (RM6).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"saradas-pamper<\/p>\n

While most of the food were delicious, the\u00a0Prawn Massala (RM15.90)<\/strong>\u00a0was a bit let down. The gravy left a slightly burnt aftertaste.\u00a0The prawn\u00a0shrunk and\u00a0lacked flavour from the gravy.<\/p>\n

Buttermilk (RM5)<\/strong>\u00a0has just the right zesty freshness, perfect for\u00a0warm weathers. The\u00a0Mango Lassi (RM10) <\/strong>has wonderful hint of mango that isn’t overwhelmingly sweet.<\/p>\n

\"saradas-pamperMasala Tea (RM3)<\/strong>. A\u00a0simple ending to our sumptuous meal, the tea was freshly brewed and packed full with spices. If you like your masala to be thick and creamy, this might work for you.<\/p>\n

Verdict\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"saradas-pamperAll in all, we had some dishes that were delicious and with some that need a bit of improvement.\u00a0We can\u2019t wait to come back again to try the other dishes they have other North Indian dishes too such as Thali.<\/p>\n
