The highly popular annual award for health and beauty brands will be the 17th edition.<\/p>\n<p>The annual Outstanding Brands Award, first introduced by Guardian Malaysia in 2000, focuses on connecting its millions of shoppers to all its business partners and brand owners, by having the shoppers vote for the most outstanding brand.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Christina Low, Marketing Director of Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd said: \u201cThe Outstanding Brands Award is our way of celebrating with our business partners and giving recognition to brand excellence.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54283\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54283\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-54283\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Ms.-Christina-Low-Marketing-Director-Guardian-Malaysia-left-and-Ms-Shirley-New-Senior-Marketing-Manager-Guardian-Malaysia-checking-out-the-OBA-2017-online-voting-site-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"#Scenes: Start Voting For Your Favourite Brands At The Guardian's Outstanding Brand Awards 2017 From 1st September To 27 September-Pamper.my\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54283\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ms. Christina Low, Marketing Director Guardian Malaysia (left) and Ms Shirley New, Senior Marketing Manager Guardian Malaysia checking out the OBA 2017 online voting site.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cNeedless to say, the Award has also evolved in keeping with changes in lifestyle, spending and shoppers\u2019 trends. This year, the OBA will be conducted entirely in digital format. This means, all voting will be done online,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>For Guardian Outstanding Brands Award 2017, a total of 200 brands will be vying for 60 categories ranging from hair care, face care, cosmetics, hygiene, supplements, medication, mother and child products, and many more. There will be one most preferred brand award for each category.<\/p>\n<p>Guardian shoppers who submit\u00a0their votes will stand a chance to win one of the 50 prizes, totalling to RM25,000 in Guardian vouchers. The prizes are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five (5) grand prize of RM1,500 each<\/li>\n<li>Five (5) first prize of RM1,000 each<\/li>\n<li>Fifteen (15) second prize of RM500 each, and<\/li>\n<li>Twenty-five (25) consolation prize of RM200 each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWhat we have created is a simple, easy and customised voting platform. Then log on to <a href=\"http:\/\/m.me\/GuardianOBA\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/m.me\/GuardianOBA<\/a> or scan the QR code provided to vote. Voting can be done anytime between 1 September and 27<br \/>\nSeptember 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The contest is open to those aged 18 and above.
