To mark the diamond jubilee of Malaysia\u2019s independence, Hublot together with The Hour Glass will launch a limited edition of the iconic Hublot Big Bang to celebrate 60 years of the spirit of independence \u2013 the Hublot Big Bang \u201cMerdeka\u201d.<\/p>\n

Limited to only 60 pieces and available exclusively in Malaysia, the Hublot Big Bang \u201cMerdeka\u201d features a 44 mm diameter blue ceramic case, uniquely developed by the Hublot Research and Development department, the core of Hublot\u2019s most groundbreaking innovations. Accompanying the timepiece is a blue alligator strap adorned with gold stitches, paying tribute to the blue canton bearing a crescent and the 14-point star known as the Federal Star on the Malaysia\u2019s national flag.<\/p>\n

Highlighted on the sub-dial of the model is the visible number 60, colored in gold in reference to Malaysia\u2019s 60th Independence celebration and the division of the hour into 60 minutes and division of the minutes into 60 seconds. The timepiece also features a date display between the 4 and 5 o\u2019clock position and a scratch resistant sapphire case.<\/p>\n

The Hublot Big Bang \u201cMerdeka\u201d timepiece will be available at Hublot Boutique Suria KLCC and The Hour Glass boutiques nationwide.<\/p>\n
