Signature<\/span>\u00a0by the Hill<\/a>\u00a0opened four years ago and it’s proving to be popular fine dining spot for Damansara\u00a0folks as well as the general public.<\/p>\n

The restaurant is located\u00a0on top of First Avenue beside 1 Utama Shopping Centre, where you can enjoy a cocktail and a breathtaking view of the\u00a0Bandar Utama city skyline.<\/p>\n

\"signature-scenary-1JPG\"\"signature-scenary-2JPG\"On the menu was a three course meal\u00a0comprising starter, soup, main and dessert, highlighting the Signature’s top dishes from\u00a0RM118++.<\/p>\n

Starters<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"signature-starter\"Our starter was\u00a0oy<\/strong>ster shooter, garlic\u00a0prawn bruschetta, otak otak,\u00a0wonton, mushroom salad, and mushroom soup<\/strong>. The otak otak stood out the most as it was done with finesse and the wonton\u00a0was\u00a0crispy and filled with savory meat. We enjoyed it and loved how the crunchy texture added contrast to the creamy mushroom soup, which boasted a delicate smoothness.<\/p>\n

Mains<\/strong><\/h4>\n

After that, we tucked into the main course\u2014a quartet of four mains comprised tandoori chicken pasta, lamb rack, deep-friend chicken rice ball, and barramundi fillet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"signature-mc-3\"\"signature-mc-2\"The barramundi\u00a0was crisp around the edges and the flesh\u00a0is buttery and melting with a rich and delicious flavour. Also, the tandoori pasta, we thought it was Asian-Western fusion at its best,\u00a0the pasta was nicely cooked and the sauce blended well with the tandoori chicken.<\/p>\n

Desserts<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"signature-dessert\"Dessert was a trio of\u00a0chocolate brownie, red velvet ‘cannoli’\u00a0and lychee cheese tart<\/strong>. Served with the perfect portion size for it to linger gently in the mouth, all 3 desserts were equally amazing which convey a sweet conclusion to the night.<\/p>\n

Verdict<\/strong><\/h4>\n

From start to finish, the dishes and service was fantastic. All in all, it was a delightful dining experience, and a gorgeous skyline view as well. We look forward to our next visit to Signature again.<\/p>\n
