It&#8217;s certainly healthy to eat these fruits, but you may want to limit the intake if you&#8217;re trying to lose weight.<\/p>\n<p>These three low-sugar fruits will work on any diet, they are low in sugar content and have some\u00a0seriously juicy nutritional benefits.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Reason being apples apples have been found to have very strong antioxidant activity, inhibit cancer cell proliferation, decrease lipid oxidation, and lower cholesterol.\u00a0They\u00a0clock in at 11\u00a0grams per cup, but the key here is to eat the skin as well\u2014which is packed with fiber that helps to temper the sugar spike.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.
