We’ve introduced Australian botanical skincare brand, Grown Alchemist last month and after testing it out, we are definitely keeping these on our counter in the long run! We love the natural, refreshing scent of the ingredients of these products which we think acts as a form of aromatherapy too during our beauty routine.<\/p>\n

Founded by\u00a0two brothers, Keston and Jeremy Muijs, Grown Alchemist skincare is made with a new generation of healthy formulations with active plant-based ingredients so their products are compatible with human biology, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin type.<\/p>\n

We tested out the Grown Alchemist Gentle Gel Cleanser, Balancing Toner, Antioxidant + Facial Oil, Hand Wash, and Hand Cream.<\/p>\n

This gentle foaming cleanser leaves your skin fresh and clean \u2013 without stripping or drying it out. Chamomile, Bergamot and Willow Bark helps to smoothen your skin’s texture and reduce the appearance of pores while the Polysaccharides from the cold-pressed Rose Petals soothe and tone your skin.<\/p>\n

We foam it up before applying it on our skin and after washing it off, it left our skin softer yet clean from any makeup residue and dirt. The pump makes it so much easier to dispense the cleanser too.<\/p>\n

Balancing Toner, Rose, Ginseng & Chamomile, RM145 (200ml)<\/h4>\n

This alcohol-free toner contains Olive and Chamomile extracts that gently tightens and smoothens without drying out your skin, while the Ginseng and Aloe Vera tones and soothes. It also has Vitamin C to protect your skin against free-radical damage.<\/p>\n

We used this with a cotton as it helps to remove any remnants that the cleanser didn’t manage to remove. We didn’t get the skin tight feeling that most toners give and our skin felt more refreshed after.<\/p>\n

Antioxidant + Facial Oil, Borago, Rosehip & Buckthorn, RM220 (25ml)<\/h4>\n

We used this at night only but we love how our skin looked brighter and nourished the following morning! This potent certified organic facial oil is formulated with a synergistic blend of antioxidants and nutrients that visibly improves skin’s elasticity and protect your skin against signs of ageing.<\/p>\n
