When you don\u2019t get enough sleep, your body will produce excess cortisol which is a hormone that breaks down skin cells. On top of that, fill up your fridge with wild salmon that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids for inside out moisture, as well as blueberries and strawberries as radical fighters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avoid smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some of the studies are confirming that cigarette smoke ages skin by releasing an enzyme that breaks down collagen and elastin.
