Jointly organised by our home-grown supermodel\u00a0Amber Chia & Plan 7 Production, and fully supported by the Korea Model Association, a modelling competition –\u00a0The Face of Malaysia 2017 <\/strong>will kick off with\u00a0an\u00a0open casting call\u00a0on this April 22, 2017.\u00a0All young\u00a0men and women aged\u00a016 – 29 with minimum height of 175cm for men and 165cm for women, respectively, who have dream to be a model and celebrity, are invited to take part in the Face of Malaysia 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"2017<\/p>\n

The 2017 Face of Malaysia model search aims to look for the next face of Malaysia that embodies not just the qualities to be a supermodel, but possesses the talent and passion to be in the entertainment spotlight as well.<\/p>\n

Registration for\u00a0the audition of\u00a0the Face of Malaysia 2017\u00a0can be made on faceofm.com<\/a>\u00a0begins April 4 and ends April\u00a019, 2017. Live auditions will take place at Amber Chia Academy in Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, on\u00a0April 22 from 11am to 5pm.\u00a0Judges for the audition includes Amber Chia, Raulen Lee (International Director of the Korea Model Association) and CK Wai (Founder of Studio V4 Photography).<\/p>\n

\"Face<\/p>\n

16 finalists (10 female & 6 male) will be selected to take part in the grand finale which will be held at the Mega Star Arena in Kuala Lumpur on May 13, 2017. The grand finale gala dinner will serve 50 tables of the elite of the fashion and beauty industry, from professionals and clients to models and celebrities.\u00a0Tables go on sale today starting from RM5,000 per table (10 pax).<\/p>\n

During the grand finale, 2 celebrity awards will also be given out to the top male and female celebrities of the year, namely, the Female Star Model of the Year and the Male Star Model of the Year, will also represent Malaysia to receive the Malaysia Star Models of the Year Award at the 2017 Asia Model Festival Awards in Seoul in June.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
