In 2014, the purchase of an eco-refill allows, according to the latest statistics, a 65% to 90% reduction in plastic compared to the original product. But that\u2019s not all! By favouring packaging suppliers located close to its factory, the brand also intends to reduce transport-related CO2 emissions by 50%. This concrete commitment helps reduce the environmental impact of its activities and proposes more sustainable solutions to consumers.<\/p>\n

Most of L\u2019OCCITANE\u2019s props, paper bags and gift-wrapping materials are also made of less-weight recycled materials and FSC-certified cardboard; to limit the use of unnecessary outer packaging is also kept to a minimum. Together with its business partners, L\u2019OCCITANE continues the eco-drive by sourcing its raw materials from suppliers using methods that respect mankind and nature.<\/p>\n
