Four SK-II users and celebrities \u2013 Fashion influencer, Chiara Ferragni, Japanese actress, Kasumi Arimura, Chinese actress, Nini as well as South Korean\u2019s actress and national boxer Lee Si-young, each travelled to some of the world\u2019s most extreme environments to \u201cput their skin to the test\u201d using SK-II\u2019s hero product, SK-II Facial Treatment Essence.<\/p>\n

\"FacialIn a series of short vignettes, named \u201cFace The Wild\u201d and \u201cFace The Camera\u201d respectively, National Geographic Explorer Hannah Reyes films and explores diverse ecosystems with each of the four celebrities in sub-zero temperatures, harsh UV, dryness, sweltering heat and pollution.<\/p>\n

The locations are the\u00a0Anza Borrego Desert in California,\u00a0Yanbaru jungle in Okinawa, Japan; the active\u00a0Ijen Volcano in Indonesia; and the Changbai Mountains in North East China, which has below-zero temperatures.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m actually quite surprised, because my skin looks amazing after being in such dry weather,\u201d said Chiara in the video as she prepares for a photo shoot lensed by fashion photographer, Jesper McIlroy. She continued, \u201cI cannot believe my skin faced the wild and survived.\u201d<\/p>\n
