In November, Vivo<\/a> released their latest addition to the Vivo family, the V5, in Malaysia. Branded as the company\u2019s latest flagship device, the V5 is marketed as a selfie centric smartphone.<\/p>\n

Flashback to the launch of V5, the camera\u2019s specs and features were highlighted numerous times. The main focus of the V5 is its 20 MP front camera with f\/2.0 aperture as well as a soft light for improved low-light performance while the company boasted a rear 13MP shooter with phase detection autofocus and LED flash.<\/p>\n

We recently got our hands on this smartphone and tested out its true quality and we must say the V5 selfie camera had impressed us. Read more to find out why.<\/p>\n

Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Design-wise, the V5 comes with a full metal body in Crown Gold. On the back of the phone, the V5 has a strong iPhone 6 influence, while the front could easily be passed off as OnePlus 3 smartphone. However this works to the V5\u2019s benefit as it\u2019s one of the prettiest smartphone in the market today.<\/p>\n

Camera<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Now the fun part, the V5\u2019s front camera performance is absolutely superb. No matter the lighting, the device\u2019s front shooter manages to capture high quality selfies flawlessly. As for its 13MP rear camera, it works great but slows down in terms of quality in low light settings.<\/p>\n
