We&#8217;re all taught that the more we shower, the cleaner we&#8217;ll be seeing we live in a hot, humid country. Showering these body parts with soap daily for twice a day only makes the skin more dehydrated. Try limiting to just washing it once at the end of the day and slap on some lotion not long after stepping out of the shower to seal the moisture in.<\/p>\n<h3>Your Groin Area<\/h3>\n<p>If you have to forgo soap for just one area of your body, it&#8217;s your groin. Though\u00a0there&#8217;s a special cleanser for that area, using it too often defeats the self-cleaning purpose, dries out the area, and the unstable pH level could attract more germs instead of keeping it away. Clean it with just water or use the cleanser once or twice a week.<\/p>\n<p>The most important areas that we should wash and clean with soap daily are these body parts: your armpits, butt, and feet.
